Aliza Vellani bio

Aliza Vellani (born in British Columbia) is a Canadian actor and actress in the film and television industry. Vellani is most recently known for her role as Rani Singh in the Netflix show Sweet Tooth. Aliza Vellani worked across the U.S. as well as the Canada Film & TV industries for over a dozen years. Her credits include the cult show Little Mosque on the Prairie (CBC) The X-Files'(FOX) and Marvel's Super Hero Adventures (Disney+). Nora Allen is due to be born sometime between 2024-2019 in Central City to Barry Allen. Nora Allen is named for her maternal grandmother who died in 2024. In 2024, Barry went missing following a fight against Reverse Flash and he never appeared again leaving Nora to be raised with her mom. Vellani is the child of Indian immigrants originally of East Africa, was born in Vancouver. When she was an undergraduate at York House School, Vellani began her training very early. In 2007, and 2008, Vellani won the BC and National Istar Awards for Arts and Culture. In high school Vellani pursued her studies in acting voice and dance. The Midseason Flash premiere exposed the secret plot of Nora and Eobard Tawne who is known as Reverse Flash. Vellani's initial plan was to pursue an integrated media study at OCADU. But it was postponed because she wanted to play the part. Marvel was ultimately her university education. She moved into a building for apartments in Atlanta together with the younger cast.
