Christina Ochoa was born in Spain. She's worked as an actress, marine biologist, producer and writer. She is the grandniece of Nobel laureate Severo Ochoa. Ochoa's talents in science and art are equally cherished within her family. Following her academic journey which took her from Spain through Australia as well as America to America she has become an active educator in social media. She's been a host and as keynote speakers at many scientific events and online programs. However, she realized that although acting has always been her main focus however, science was also one of her main interests. Ochoa began her acting professional career as a hobbyist after which she moved to Madrid, hoping to land various characters. In 2008, she first appeared on screen in the comedy 'La Que se avecina.
